Dennis was a finalist in the "TWIN CITIES LAFF-OFF" in 2002 and made a second place finish in the 2003 "LAFF-OFF". Recently, Dennis opened for Louie Anderson, who said afterwards "that was a funny bit," and Jeff Cesario, who commented "Dennis Anton is a funny human being. He's way out there!" Alex Cole proclaims "Nobody is doing what he is doing." Emo Phillips calls Dennis "my 432nd favorite non-Mormon." Dennis Anton is where comedy takes a left turn.
